• Licence: By using our services, you grant LexSpot a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely to deliver the service you requested.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any LexSpot product.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to LexSpot platforms without prior written consent.
• Use our platforms for unlawful purposes, including generating fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal documents.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, authentication systems, or rate limits.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from our platforms.
• Use outputs to train competing AI models or document generation systems.

5. AI-Generated Content & No Legal Advice

Documents and compliance outputs generated through LexSpot platforms are produced by AI systems informed by expert-curated templates. These outputs are intended as starting points for legal review — they do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as final legal instruments without review by a qualified legal professional.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LexSpot Consultants LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our platforms. LexSpot's total aggregate liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to LexSpot in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LexSpot Consultants LLP, its partners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our platforms or your violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
