LexSpot Consultants LLP is building the legal infrastructure for India's digital economy — precision legal tools powered by AI, grounded in expertise.
About LexSpot
LexSpot Consultants LLP is an India-registered legal technology company building SaaS tools at the intersection of law, AI, and regulatory compliance. We were founded to eliminate the access gap in professional legal services — giving every business the legal capability of a full in-house team, at a fraction of the cost.
We build products, not consultancy engagements. Each tool we ship is designed to be self-serve, scalable, and grounded in actual legal practice — not approximations of it.
"I spent years at the sharp end of Indian regulatory law — first in telecom, handling AGR and spectrum disputes that moved billions, then at one of India's most scrutinised media companies, navigating SEBI, TRAI, and the Supreme Court simultaneously. I built LexSpot because I knew what good legal infrastructure looks like from the inside — and I knew most businesses never had access to it. That changes now."
— Nikhil Guliani, Founder, LexSpot Consultants LLP
Our Products
Purpose-built legal technology for the challenges businesses face every day.
Document Intelligence
Legal-Drafts.com is an AI-powered legal document platform built for Indian businesses, founders, and professionals. Generate precise, jurisdiction-aware legal documents in minutes — without needing a lawyer for every draft. Every template is curated by legal experts and customisable to your specific context.
How it works
Regulatory Compliance
AdComply is India's first intelligent advertisement compliance platform. Before your campaign goes live, AdComply screens every creative and copy element against applicable regulations — catching violations that cost brands fines, reputational damage, and regulatory action.
How it works
Leadership
"The best legal work I did was never about winning cases in isolation — it was about building systems that meant we saw the risk before it became a crisis. That's what most businesses in India still don't have. That's what LexSpot is here to change."— Nikhil Guliani, Founder, LexSpot Consultants LLP
Nikhil Guliani spent nearly a decade at the highest levels of India's corporate legal world — running pan-India litigation, managing complex regulatory relationships across six major bodies, and building legal infrastructure from scratch for organisations that couldn't afford it to fail. LexSpot is built on that experience: the belief that rigorous, accessible legal systems are not a luxury — they are a competitive advantage every Indian business deserves.
Why LexSpot
We don't build legal tech that approximates outcomes. Every product we ship is held to the same standard as legal work itself — accurate, defensible, and built to be trusted.
Built natively for Indian law — ICA, IT Act, Consumer Protection Act 2019, ASCI, SEBI, FSSAI — with architecture designed for global extensibility.
Our outputs are validated against actual legal standards. AI accelerates the process; legal expertise governs the output. No hallucinated clauses. No generic templates passed off as advice.
Subscription and pay-per-use models that make professional legal capability affordable for startups, SMEs, and enterprises alike. No retainer. No surprise billing.
Every regulatory framework we add makes every product smarter. Our compliance data builds network effects over time — getting more valuable the more it's used.
Founders, product teams, and operators can use our tools without legal training. We've eliminated the jargon barrier without eliminating the legal rigour.
